In a sample of 128 valuations carried out by Aviva, 86% of the properties surveyed were significantly underinsured - on average by as much as 50%.  In the sample the collective shortfall was £314 million. We hope that most of our clients are in the 14% who are well insured. Could it be that Jock Tamson’s  Bairns are the only ones in step ! We wonder and worry on our client’s behalf !
