Blame the employer, he is mean’t to look out for his employees! The Employer didn’t even know the tool existed and wonders of wonders he won his case. The employee’s tool was not considered work equiment. Interesting some of these claims ! Contact us for the detail and court references.

It is reckoned that they might be £ 300 million pounds out of pocket. The insurance industry understands that AEG had insured between ten and twenty of his fifty concert tour. Cost to AEG , circa £ 120 million. Wonder if they could seek compensation from Michael’s estate. A lawyer wouldn’t take that on, would he ? Insurance is good but contingency risk planning essential.

Sorry to hear you are not very well. You have one of those dreadful pre existing conditions. Nobody is going to insure you ? Wrong. If you are in business we can insure Directors, accompanying Partners and even children . The insurance applies to both business and holidays and will even include winter sports. We can do much the same thing for employees under the scheme. Cost ? For example a total of 25 trips per annum of up to thirty days each, business or pleasure , will cost £ 200 inclusive of tax and a holiday discount ! Susan Ritchie looks forward to hearing from you and will be happy to advise should you already have cover under a private arrangement.
